non-resident, vacant by the collation of master Thomas de Tynyng-
ham, papal chaplain and former canon to another canonry and
prebend and the archdeaconry of Aberdeen, or vacant by the death
outside the curia of David Franconer, or in any other way, although
it has been unlawfully detained for more than two years by Robert
Franconer, calling himself priest, Brechin diocese; notwithstanding
that Henry has been granted letters of provision to the parish church
of Ennerarite, St Andrews diocese.

chaplain and auditor. [Scottish mandatory in a letter relating to
Didacus Martin de Patemuia, priest, Calahorra diocese, the late
Martin Fernandi de Bhuilla who had held perpetual portions in the
parish churches of Beate Marie and St John the Apostle and
Evangelist de Salvaterry, said diocese, Didacus, bishop of Calahorra,
and Martin Martin, calling himself clerk, said diocese.]

To the official of Dunkeld. Mandate to collate Donald Mach-
nachtan, canon of Dunkeld, m.a., born of noble parents on one side,
to a canonry of Dunblane with reservation of a prebend vacant or
to be vacant in the gift of the bishop, dean and chapter of Dunblane;
notwithstanding his defect of birth as the son of an unmarried
nobleman and an unmarried woman from which he was dispensed
to be promoted to all holy orders and first to hold a benefice even
if with cure, and then to hold another compatible benefice, and
subsequently to hold an elective, major or principal dignity in a
metropolitan, cathedral or collegiate church; notwithstanding that
