To master William de Conyngham, perpetual vicar of the parish
church of Dundonald, Glasgow diocese, b.dec., papal chaplain.
Indult for William, kinsman of James, king of Scots, and Robert,
duke of Albany, governor of Scotland, to exchange his vicarage of
Dundonald and any benefice he might obtain in the future, with any
person for any other benefice at the hands of the ordinary outside

former archdeacon, James de Borthewyk, and that William had

any other way, notwithstanding that he is known to hold the arch¬
deaconry of Dunkeld which he is to demit on his peaceful assecution
to Lothian, a canonry of Glasgow, and the prebend of Erskyne,
canonically joined to the office of sacristan in that church.
