To all the Christian faithful. Indulgence of certain periods of time
is granted to those contributing alms to speedily complete the build¬
ing of a bridge across the river Blathnach, Candida Casa diocese,
leading to the church of St Ninian in Galloway, said diocese, which
is a major place of devotion in Scotland.

To the official of Glasgow. Mandate to induct Gilbert de Petregrew,
priest, Glasgow diocese, to a benefice of the type wont to be assigned
to secular clerks in the gift of the abbot and convent of Paisley, if
with cure to the value of 25 merks sterling, if without cure to the
value of 18 merks sterling.1

To the abbot of St Genevieve, Paris. Mandate to collate John
Barber, perpetual vicar of the parish church of Traberch, Aberdeen
diocese, m.a., priest, and student of canon law, to a canonry of
Aberdeen with reservation of a prebend or dignity, provided it
is not a major dignity in that church, vacant on or after 16 Kal.
Nov. next [17 Oct., 1406], notwithstanding that he is known to
hold the said parish church which, however, on his peaceful assecu-
tion to a benefice as above he is held to demit.
