church and Bean retained it unlawfully. Cristine, constituted priest,
is, however, to be collated to the church vacant as above or vacant
by the free resignation outside the curia of Bean into the hands of
the said bishop John who had admitted the resignation by ordinary
authority, notwithstanding that he is known to hold the said parish
church of St Michael which, however, on his peaceful assecution to
St Monewog he is held to demit.

To Nigel Colini Cambel, rector of the parish church of Katani,
Argyll diocese. Dispensation is granted to Nigel to hold two or three
incompatible benefices with power of exchange as often as he
pleases, notwithstanding that he had been already dispensed as the
son of a married man and an unmarried woman to be promoted
to all holy orders, and subsequently he had been provided to the
said parish church of Katani, Argyll diocese.

between Alexander, lord of Lochabar, and John, bishop of Argyll,
whereby Alexander, patron of the church of St Monewog of
Lochabar, Argyll diocese, who had been accustomed to present to
this church, had presented Cristine called MacAlpen within the
