value not exceeding ^20 sterling, vacant by the death outside the
curia of John de Angus even if the said John had been a papal
chaplain and this church is thus specially reserved to papal pro¬
vision; notwithstanding that John is known to hold a canonry and
prebend of Aberdeen, the parish church of Strabroc, St Andrews
diocese, and that he has lately been provided to a canonry of
Glasgow with reservation of a prebend whether a dignity, parsonage
or office with or without cure. Within two years of his peaceful
assecution to Eglismanchi he is to exchange one of the parish
churches for a compatible benefice otherwise he is to demit Strabroc,
and on his peaceful assecution to a prebend or dignity as above he is
to demit the parish churches he is then holding.

To the nobleman Angus Goffredi, doncel, and the noblewoman
Anna, daughter of the nobleman, Lachlanin MacGilleon. Dispensa¬
tion to marry notwithstanding they are related in the third and
third and the fourth and fourth degrees of consanguinity and affinity
on both sides, on the payment of one mark of silver each to the
church of Glasgow and the monastery of Sagadel, o.Cisx.

To the abbot of Blessed Mary of Saddell, Argyll diocese, the pre¬
centor of Argyll, and Colin Cristini, canon of Argyll. Mandate to
collate Cristine Neachtain called Macalpen, perpetual vicar of the
parish church of St Michael in Kyntire, Argyll diocese, to the parish
church of St Monewog in Lochaber, said diocese, value not exceed¬
ing 30 merks sterling, vacant by the collation by ordinary authority
of Bean Johannis Andree, former rector to the deanery of Argyll, a
dignity. On this provision Alexander, lord of Lochabar, lay patron
of the said church, presented Cristine within the lawful time to John,
bishop of Argyll, who, however, refused to admit Cristine to the
