word is gene-
rally used
nowadays for
" lullaby ; "
and I haye
taken it
here, as the
intention of
the crùnan
was to sootlie
and lull to
rest the spirit
of Folda.

measure here
from the com-
mon one, as
well as its
irregularity
throughout
this Duan, is
deserving of
notice.
