THE Consumer should be made to understand that these Paints are no newly-invented Quack Paint or so-called Composition,
but a first-class quality of Paint {prepared ready for use) of the customary kind, possessing such covering and drying qualities
that the most inexperienced person can use them with confidence that satisfactory results will be obtained.
They are vastly supeiior to anything else sold.
They will go nearly twice as far as the inferior kinds generally sold, will dry hard and glossy within eight hours, and are packed
in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 lb. hermetically-sealed Canisters, to ensure their reaching the Consumer as fresh as when first made, and bo
opened and used at his pleasure.
To render it still more serviceable to the general public, the P'-oprietors have invented and patented a Canister which can be
opened with the finger and thumb without the aid of a Key, Knife, orany tool whatever, thus com;)Zcfi7if/ its usefulness an 1 convenience.
It is necessary, therefore, for purchasers to satisfy themselves that each Package is labelled LUNDY'S "HOUSEHOLD" PAINT
