The SHARES are £25 each, payable by fortnightly instalments of One
"Shilling per Share, or in larger Instalments as may be convenient. A
Dividend of 5 per cent, was declared for the last year.
Shareholders may build or acquire Dwelling Houses, or other heritable
property, by obtaining an advance from the Company. The interest
charged is 5 per cent. A Loan of £100, with the Interest thereon, will be
cleared off in 10 years by regular fortnightly payment of less than 10s. The
"expenses of the Deeds for securing the Company are fixed on a very
moderate scale.

Depositors with and Lenders to the Company have a safe and profitable
Investment for their money on heritable security. The Directors will re-
ceive Loans or Deposits of Sums of £50 and upwards, repayable on three
•months' notice, and will allow 4 per cent interest thereon.
