THIS Office, being purely Mutual, the whole Profits belong to the Assured. The
Society has endeavoured to place its Rates and Rules on the most equitable and liberal footing 5
and its aflPairs are administered by Directors whose interests are identical with those of the Assured.
Important Resolutions have been adopted, relieving the Policies of many usual restrictions ;
and the Assured are now entitled, after Five Years' continuous residence in this Country, to travel
and reside in any part of the World, without payment of extra Premium.
Particular attention is invited to the Special Pamphlet, explaining the system of Minimum
Premiums introduced by the Society, under which it is believed that Assurances can be effected more
economically than in other Offices. The following is an extract from the Table of Annual Rates : —
