NON-SUBSCEIBEES.
Having purchased a Catalogue, are charged one penny per week each volume, ex-
cept for New Books and Magazines, which are charged by the twenty-four hours,
according to the value of the work taken out.
In addition to a constant supply of New Works as soon as they are published,
there are regularly added to this valuable collection. Five Quarterly, and upward*
of twenty Monthly Periodicals on the day of publication, viz : —
