THE Rates of Premium are those adopted by the principal Life Offices; the
Rate without Bonus is lower than that of most other Offices.
The Bonuses are added to the Policies, or applied to the reduction of Premiums.
Policies issued by this Office are purchased at their full value ; or Loans may be
obtained upon them after they have been in existence for five years.
If a party neglect to pay for the renewal of his Policy, he may repair the omission
any time within twelve months, upon proof of good health.
The Profits (subject to a trifling deduction) are divided among the Insured. The
plan upon which they are divided gives to each party insured a share proportionate
to the amount of the Premiums he has contributed.
In addition to this advantage, which is now offered to the Policy-holders in this
Office, an annual addition or bonus is made to each Policy in anticipation of the
Quinquennial Division of Profits.
