ADVERTISEMENTS.
other than the party on whose life the Assurance depends ; and in respect to the
interests of the said last-mentioned party or his representatives, the Directors are
empowered, in any case which may arise, to pay the same in full, or give such par-
tial relief as shall seem proper to them in the circumstances of the case.
N.B — The Directors must he all Policy-holders ; and, in a mutual office thus consti-
tuted, their interests are identical with those of the Assured. There is every reason,
therefore, to anticipate that they will, in this matter, exercise the utmost liberality consist-
ent with propriety.
EREORS IN THE DECLARATION.
A Policy is not liable to forfeiture on account of mis-statement in'the Declaration,
except the same be fraudulent ; power being reserved to the Directors to require proof
of age where it has not been produced, and in the event of the age being found to be
understated, to make such additional charge on this account as they may see fit.
IMPORTANT GENERAL PROTECTION.
A Policy does not become forfeited by the party on whose life the Assurance de-
pends going beyond the limits of Residence, or engaging in Military or Naval Service,
in so far as regards the interest therein of any person who, the Ordinary Directors
shall be satisfied, has not wilfully omitted to obtain License, and has not concealed
the circumstances, and pays, or causes to be paid, within such time as the Directors
may appoint, such extra premium, if any, as they may think proper to require.
