No less than 1,440 proposals for Assurances have been received, while the Policies
actually issued within the past year amount to the gratifying number of One Thou-
sand One Hundred and Seventy- seven, covering Assurances to the amount of
£186,419, and producing an annual income of £6,882. 17s.
The number of Policies issued for the Quarter ending 15th March, 1853, is Three
Hundred and Fifty-four.
