VENTILATING WARM AIR STOVES, FOR
CHURCHES, AND OTHER PUBLIC
BUILDINGS.
G. & J. HADEN, Engineers, &c. of Trowbridge,
Wiltshire, take this opportunity of stating that they
continue to fix up these Stoves in all parts of the
United Kingdom, and respectfully to acquaint the
Nobility and Gentry of Scotland, that James Haden,
one of the Partners, has, for several years past, spent
the greater part of his time in Scotland, attending
personally to the proper fixing of their Stoves; and
that he has had the honour of being employed to
warm the two churches of St Giles's, St John's
Chapel, Prince's Street, the Libraries of the Faculty
of Advocates, and of the Society of Writers to the
Signet, the Bank of Scotland, &c. &c. in Edinburgh,
all of which give satisfaction : also the Fever Wards
of the Royal Infirmary, Glasgow, (in which the whole
body of air in the Wards can be changed twice every
hour.) G. & J. H. have also erected a considerable
number of Stoves in the Mansions of the Nobility
and Gentry in the Counties of Mid-Lothian, Perth,
Forfar, Lanark, Renfrew, Dumbarton, Selkirk,
Peebles, &c. &c.
J. Haden may be heard of at all times, by apply-
ing to Mr Dunn, Optician, &c. &c. No. 50, North
