At the instance of John Stepne5'(a party to the Earl of Eane-
lagh's contract) all sheriffs who have received sums of money
due to the Crown (and belonging to the Earl and partners'
undertaking) are to pay in by the 10th day of next Term, or
if their accounts are not yet made up, before the last day of
next Term.

Cites Order 23 Jan., No. 883, q.v., that claims on trans¬
planted lands be sent in before 1 March. This is enlarged
to 30 April. The lands are then to be distributed to deficient
transplanted persons by 24 June next. No discoveries of
concealed lands to be received after 1 May next, and these to
be dealt with within fourteen days.

Burlington, Arthur, E. of Anglesey, Richard, Baron Coloony.
and others, trustees for commissioned officers of 1649. Several
persons have brought in discoveries of lands belonging to
this security and undisposed of. They are to prosecute their
claims before the end of Trinity Term next or lose the benefit
of their discoveries.

Ormonde.
Exchequer processes have been issued for rents due 25
Dec. 1668, and casual revenue to 25 Dec. 1675 to be applied
to certain payments made by Earl Eanelagh and his partners.
As some charges are doubtful, and the sheriffs have not paid
in what they have recovered, no action is to be taken on the
processes after 10 May, and all sheriffs are to account and
pay into the Exchequer their balances by 31 May.

No one to leave quarters without express licence from the
Lord Lieutenant. The companies to be kept together, and

Cites proclamations 27 Oct. 1673, No. 844, q.v., and 27 April
1674, No. 850, q.v. These have not been fully carried out,
and certain pernicious plots have been contrived in Ireland
by Jesuits and other popish clergy. All persons exercising
ecclesiastical authority under Eome, and all Jesuits and
regular priests are to leave Ireland before 20 November.
All convents, &c., are to be closed. No one is to harbour
any such person, or to support any convent, &c. Magistrates
to assist them in leaving the kingdom. Special search to be
made for them after that date.
