Cites recent proclamation announcing that natives might
remain on their old lands till May last, paying 20s, English
for every quarter of land, and then to depart. They are
allowed to reap their crops this half-year, paying 40s, for the
half-year ending Allhallowtide [1 Nov.], or if much corn is
growing, the fourth sheaf. This order not to prejudice any
agreement already made,

or within 10 fathoms of any suburban house, regulating
butchers selling meat, Sunday sports, price of ale, Sunday
closing till 11 a.m., apparrell, against beggars, measures,
Sunday sale of provisions, cattle and swine in the city,
brokerage of remnant cloth, usury over 10 per cent.
