Sir Cahire Odoghertie of Enishowen, Co. Donegal, aided
by Phelim Reaugh mac David and others seized Culmore on
Monday, 18 April, and next day sacked and burned Derry
of which Odoghertie was a member. They are rebels and
traitors. 500 cows reward offered for Odogherty, dead or
alive, and 200 for Phelim Reaugh, with a free pardon.

O'Dogherty was slain at Kilmacrenan, Co. Tyrconnell, on
5 July. All his associates are to be delivered up. Pardon
to any of them bringing in others, except Phelim Reaugh
M'David, who must expect no pardon.
