To Gilbert Caven, rector of the parish church of Camesmole,
Candida Casa diocese, b.dec. Indult for Gilbert to hold along with
the parish church of Camesmole, Candida Casa diocese, value not
exceeding -£50 sterling, one other parish church with powers of
exchange as often as he pleases for two incompatible benefices,
provided these are not major or principal dignities in cathedral or
collegiate churches; but within three years of his peaceful assecution
to such another parish church he is to exchange one or the other for
compatibles, otherwise at the end of the three years he is to demit
one of the parish churches.

To the bishops of St Andrews and Glasgow. Mandate to summon
and examine William de Camera, b.dec., calling himself prior-
elect of St Andrews, os A, John Bulloc, b.dec., and James de
Haldenston, m.theol., all claiming the priory of St Andrews which
is an elective major dignity with cure, vacant by the death outside
the curia of James Biset, late prior. James and John had claimed that
William was unworthy of the priory; but if at the end of three
months they have failed to prove his unworthiness he is to be pro¬
vided to the priory, being held to demit the sub-priory of St
Andrews on his assecution to the priory; otherwise within one
month of the end of this period James or John is to be collated to
the said priory, and if James is collated he is held to demit his right
to the priory of May, os A, and if John, he is held to demit his
perpetual vicarage of the parish church of Dull, Dunkeld diocese.
