provided to the said parish church, value not exceeding -£40 old
sterling; notwithstanding that he is known to hold the provostry of
the collegiate church of Bothwell, Glasgow diocese, which is a prin¬
cipal dignity with cure, and the parish church of Kyrmacho, Glasgow
diocese, and that he has recently been dispensed to hold two other
benefices incompatible with the provostry, with or without cure,
even if parish churches.

To Hugh Walteri, canon of Moray. Indult confirming Hugh in
possession of a canonry and prebend of Moray, a reserved benefice
obtained by virtue of papal letters of provision, as he had doubted
the validity of these rights, because on 6 Kal. Apr., anno 21 [27 Mar.,
1415], Hugh had been reserved a canonry of Moray with expectation
of a prebend, and in the papal letters of provision by which he had
obtained the said canonry and prebend, no mention had been made
of these other letters of reservation.

To the abbot of Arbroath, osb. Mandate to convoke and preside
over a general chapter of the said order in the realm of Scotland to
reform and correct any abuses in head or members according to the
constitutions of the order; and every abbot is to be present, notwith¬
standing any claims of exemption or other constitutions to the
contrary.

Andrews. Mandate to take summary judicial action, with the aid of
