To Gilbert Caven, canon of Moray, b.dec. Provision of Gilbert,
constituted priest, recently elected to the bishopric of Candida Casa
by the chapter on the death of Eliseus, late bishop, to a canonry of
Moray and the prebend called Invecheclyn, value not exceeding
j£io sterling to a non-resident, originally vacant by the promotion
of Henry, then holding them, to the bishopric of Moray, and again
vacant on the promotion to the bishopric of Candida Casa of
Thomas, papal chaplain and auditor of appeals, to whom they had
been provided, notwithstanding that Gilbert is known to hold the
parish church of Carnesmole and that he has recently been provided
to the archdeaconry of Candida Casa.

To Richard de Creyth, rector called plebanus of the parish church
called plebania of Kinkell, Aberdeen diocese, d.u.j. Provision of
Richard, constituted priest, to the parish church of Kynkil, Aberdeen
diocese, value not exceeding £100 old sterling to a non-resident,
originally vacant by the promotion of Henry, former rector, to the
bishopric of Moray, and vacant again on the promotion of Thomas
de Butil, papal chaplain and auditor of appeals, to whom it had then
been provided, to the bishopric of Candida Casa. Richard is to have
valid possession of the parish church, vacant as above or because
Henry had held it without being raised to the priesthood within
the lawful time, notwithstanding that he is known to hold a canonry
and prebend of Dunkeld, the parish chinch of Abirnit, Dunkeld
diocese, and is litigating at the curia over a canonry, prebend and
