To Robert Stewart, perpetual vicar of the parish church of Dunlop,
Glasgow diocese. Provision of Robert, dispensed of a defect of
birth as the son of an unmarried man and an unmarried woman to
be promoted to all holy orders and to hold a benefice even if with
cure, to the parish church of Dunlop, value not exceeding ^20 old
sterling to a non-resident, vacant by the resignation at the curia of
John Stewart, who had held it along with the archdeaconry of
Glasgow, a non-major dignity with cure, through his procurator
John de Lichon, rector of the parish church of Makard, St Andrews
diocese, into the hands of master Guigo Flandini, archdeacon of
Majorca, papal notary and regent of chancery.

Concurrent mandate to the precentors of Segorbe and Glasgow and

To the secular provost and college of Both well, Glasgow diocese,
and the precentor of Glasgow. Mandate to receive the resignations
outside the curia of the benefices held by John Stewart, archdeacon
of Glasgow, and perpetual vicar of the parish church of Dunlop,
Glasgow diocese, by John Forestar, papal chaplain holding a canonry
of Aberdeen and the prebend called Une, and with a claim to
the archdeaconry of Glasgow, by William de Glendonwyn, sub¬
dean of Glasgow, holding the parish church of Glencarne, Glasgow
diocese, and by George de Borthwyk, holding the parish church
of Douglas, Glasgow diocese, a canonry of Glasgow and the pre¬
bend called Mofet, a canonry of Aberdeen and the prebend called
Abredour. Having received the resignations they are to collate
John Stewart, lately reserved two incompatible benefices, to the
subdeanery of Glasgow, an elective office with cure, along with the
parish church of Douglas, a church in lay patronage, John Forestar
to the canonry of Aberdeen and the prebend of Abredour, also in
lay patronage, William to the canonry of Aberdeen and the prebend
of Une and to the canonry of Glasgow and the prebend of Mofit,
and George to the archdeaconry of Glasgow an elective dignity
