To Thomas Stewart, archdeacon of St Andrews, osa, b.dec.,
natural brother of Robert Stewart, duke of Albany and governor
of Scotland. Indult at the petition of the said Robert, for Thomas
to visit churches, monasteries and other ecclesiastical places in the
archdeaconry of St Andrews by deputy for a period of ten years,
and to receive procuration dues in ready money the value of which
is not to exceed 30 pieces of silver of Tours per day, twelve of
which are worth one florin of gold of Florence, notwithstanding
any conditions or letters of the bishop of St Andrews or of the
other prelates of the churches city and diocese, or the constitutions
of Innocent iv or Gregory x to the contrary.

Concurrent mandate to the abbot of Balmerino, the archdeacon of
