To Nigel Colini, rector of the parish church of StColumba in Keno-
waden, Argyll diocese, b.dec. Indult for Nigel, of noble birth on
both sides, constituted sub-deacon, to hold along with the said
parish church, value not exceeding £16 sterling and wont to be
governed by a perpetual vicar, one other benefice with or without
cure provided it is not a major or principal dignity in a cathedral or
collegiate church, with powers of exchange at the hands of the
ordinary.

To the bishop of Ross, the abbot of Kinloss, Moray diocese, and
John de Spyny, canon of Aberdeen. Mandate to collate William
de Camera, rector of the parish church of Erol, St Andrews diocese,
a church in lay patronage, m.a., papal familiar, priest, fifth year
student of canon law, kinsman of the duchess of Albany, of Thomas,
earl of Moray, and of George, earl of March, to the archdeaconry
of Moray, a non-elective office with cure which with a prebend of
the said church is worth ^20 sterling, vacant because the late James
de Dunbar had held it along with the precentorship of Ross [sic],1
a dignity with cure, to which he had been collated by ordinary
authority, without a papal dispensation against John xxn’s bull
Execrabilis, notwithstanding that William is known to hold a canonry
of Moray and the prebend of Moy and the said parish church; but
on his peaceful assecution to the archdeaconry he is held to demit
the canonry and prebend.

Andrews diocese. Indult for William, tutor of the nobleman William,
earl of Angus, and holding the parish church of Huton, which,
because of wars for 10 years, he has been unable to possess fully or
even hope to do so, to hold a canonry and prebend of the church
of Abernethy, Dunblane diocese, without the need for personal
