To William Goldsmyth, canon and treasurer of Moray. Provision
of William to a canonry and prebend and the treasurership of
Moray, which is a non-elective dignity with cure in that church.
William holding a canonry of Moray and the prebend of Spyni
personally, and William de Chisholm, papal sub-collector in the
city and diocese of Moray, holding the said canonry, prebend and
treasurership, through his procurator John de Douglas, dean of
Moray, resigned their respective benefices at the curia for purposes
of exchange into the hands of Raymund, abbot of Blessed Mary
of Ripoll, Vich diocese, papal referendary, who admitted the
resignations by apostolic authority and the pope now grants this
provision of William to the canonry, prebend and treasurership
thus vacant.

Concurrent mandate to the dean of Ross, to Thomas de Edinham,
canon of Aberdeen, and to the official of Aberdeen.

To Mathew Gaddes, rector of the parish church of Corthoqwhy,
Brechin diocese, m.a., secretary of Archibald, earl of Douglas.
Indult for Mathew, dispensed of a defect of birth as the son of an
unmarried man and an unmarried woman to be promoted to priests
orders, and by virtue of which he had obtained the above parish
church, to hold one, two, three or more incompatible benefices and
to make no future mention of his defect of birth.

clerk, St Andrews diocese, to the parish church of Fethyrken, said
