To William, the abbot and the convent of the monastery of Lindores,
osb, St Andrews diocese. Indult is granted to William and his
successors to use mitre, ring and other pontificals and to give solemn
blessing in the monastery, priory and churches subject to the said
monastery so long as no legate is present.

St Andrews diocese, to a benefice in the gift of the abbot and convent
of Paisley, o.clun., if situated in those parts where the ancient taxa¬
tion of the teinds is not reduced by half and with cure, to the value
of 25 merks sterling, and if without cure to the value of 18 merks
sterling, and if situated elsewhere with cure to the value of -£40 of
Tours, and if without cure to the value of ^30 of Tours, vacant or
to be vacant.
