Dallas, 14th Sept., 1888 ; joined at Glasgow, Oct., 1914 ; served in France ; killed near

August 2nd, 1918 ; awarded Military Cross, Military Medal, 1914-15 Star, and mentioned

police constable.

Kingussie, 17th Nov., 1896, residing in Grantown-on-Spey for seventeen years ; joined at
Aberdeen, April, 1915 ; served in France and Flanders ; reported missing, afterwards pre-
sumed killed, at Place-Hooge, Battle of Loos, near Ypres, 25th Sept., 1915. Son of Roderick
MacLennan, Grantown-on-Spey, and Flora M. Dewar or MacLennan. Occupation, art
student.

June, 1898 ; joined at Invergordon, 27th Oct., 1916 ; served in France and Flanders ; gunshot
wound in left knee. Son of Colonel N. and Mrs. L. E. C. MacLeod, Dalvey, Forres. Occu-
pation, regular soldier.
