A. My duty to man is to obey ray parents, to
fpeak "the truth always, and to be honeft and
kind to all.
Q. What good do you hope for by feeking to
pleaicGod?
A. Then I (hall be a child of God, and have
God for my Father and my Friend for ever.
Q. And what if you do not fear God, nor love
him, nor feek to pleale him ?
A. Then I ihall be a wicked child, and the great
God will be -very angry with me.

A. Becaufe he can kill my body, and he can make
my foul miierahle after my body is dead/ \

God angry with you already ì
A. Yes; I fear I have too often finned againft

God/
A. To fin again ft God,, is to do any thing
that God forbids me, or not to do what God com-
mands me.
Q. And what muft you do to be faved
from the anger of God which your fms have
deferved ? f
A, I muft be forryfor my fins, I muft pray to
God to forgive me what is paft, and fcrve him
better for time to come.
Qi Will God forgive you if you pray for

& I hope he will forgive me, if I truft in his
