spect of this laitt proclamatione maid of new, I think to mak fordwardis, God
willing, for obedience of the samin, and to be in Stirling on Wednisday at ewin
nixtt. Quhairoff I thocht guid to mak zow aduerteissett, swa thatt ze and I
may meitt att Glesgw, on Wednisday be auchtt houris in the morninge, that we
may ryd fordward to Stirling at ewin. Swa to meiting committis zow to God.
At Castell Sempill, the xx of Apryle 1589.
Zour assuritt guid freind at power,
To the Richtt honorable and my assuritt guid freind,
the Laird off Nethir Pollok, Knychtt.
