daughter of William N. Wallace.

(615) Rev. Thomas George Baillie, born 30th January 1842. Married, Septem-
ber 1867, Ellen, daughter of Rev. Richard Gregson, of Sydney, N.S.W.,
and has : —
(a) Richard George Baillie, born 31st December 1869.
(b) John Gordon Baillie, born 16th June 1872.
(c) Robert Baillie, born 9th September 1878.
(d) Charles Jerviswood Baillie, born nth January 1882.
(e) Thomas Claude Noel Baillie, born 25th December 1885.
(616) Rev. Charles Baillie - Hamilton of Rumbletonlaw, second son of
George Hamilton Baillie (No. 608), born 27th November 1764; died
19th June 1820. He was Archdeacon of Cleveland, and married, 16th
April 1797, Charlotte Home, daughter of Alexander, ninth Earl of Home.
She died 4th December 1866. They had issue: —
(a) Sir George Baillie-Hamilton, K.C.H., born 4th October 1798;
died unmarried 3rd August 1850.
(b) Charles (No. 617).
(c) William (No. 618).
(d) Ker Baillie-Hamilton, C.B., born 1804; died 6th February
1889. He married, 1834, Emma, daughter of Charles
Blair, and has six daughters.
(e) Thomas Baillie-Hamilton, born 1805 ; died 30th October
1838. He married, 18th April 1838, Anne, daughter of
William Reynolds of Milford House, Hants.
{/) Admiral Cospatrick Baillie-Hamilton, born 27th February
1807. Married, 10th April 1849, Mary, daughter of
Thomas Grove of Feme, Wilts, and has two daughters.

(617) Charles John Baillie-Hamilton, born 4th January 1800; died 25th
August 1865. He married, 23rd January 1821, Caroline, daughter of
Willoughby, fourth Earl of Abingdon, and had : —
(a) Peregrine Charles Baillie-Hamilton, born 23rd May 1823;
died 21st February i860. He married, 12th July 1848,
Mary, daughter of Edward Way. She died 30th July
1875, leaving:—
(1) Rev. George James Baillie-Hamilton, born 1st
March 1851 ; died 14th July 1904. Married,
6th July 1875, Eliza, daughter of Rev. L.
Fry, and had : —
(a) George Baillie-Hamilton, born 1877.

(c) Arthur Baillie-Hamilton, born 1881.
(d) Lucius Baillie-Hamilton, born 1886.
