or body to start his shooting action.
93. If a guard jumps towards a shooting player then a foul should
be called against the guard if there is contact which is caused by this
movement. This does not prevent there being a double foul, but a foul
should not be called against the shooter if there was any chance of
him avoiding contact if the guard had not moved.
97 (c). All fouls should be charged but in special situations, i.e.
where they do not cancel out as penalties against both teams, not
more than two free throws shall be permitted to the offended team.
