to the minimum and when movement is by car only the actual cost
of petrol and oil used should be claimed. This will not exceed the
A.S.C.B. allowance of 3d. per mile and Id. per passenger.
45. Judges Scoring Slips—Retention for one month.
After every boxing meeting the completed judges' slips must be
retained by the unit or formation organising the tournament for
one month.
The completed slips are retained for two reasons :—
(a) They may be required for reference in the event of serious
injury to a boxer ; and
(b) They should be available for inspection by the Refereeing
and Judging Committee concerned.
The slips should be kept confidential and only made available
for inspection under the above circumstances.
The slips may be destroyed when one month has elapsed since
the tournament was held.
46. Good Order at Meetings.
At boxing meetings where the referee is officiating outside the
ring silence will be maintained when rounds are in progress.
When the referee is officiating inside the ring, it is not necessary
to impose this strict silence rule. Noise must not be so great that
the referee cannot be heard by the boxers.
