37.
Responsibility.
Zone A.
The management of the competition will be the re-
sponsibility of the Command Sports Boards concerned up to and
including the 3rd round of the competition.
Zone B.
The management of the competition will be the re-
sponsibility of the B.A.O.R. Sports Board who will find the winning
team in Zone B not later than 15 February.
Army B.A.
The Army B.A. will be responsible for organising
the Zone A. Semi-Final and the Army Final (i.e. Zone A winner v.
Zone B winner) in conjunction with the Command Sports Board
concerned.
38. Expenses.
The Army B.A. can accept no claim for expenses in connection
with the competition except for the Zone A Semi-Final and the
Army Final.
U.K. and B.A.O.R. Command Sports Boards will be responsible
for the equable distribution of any profit during the various stages
of the competition for which they are responsible. In this respect
it is advocated that gates are taken whenever possible in order to
defray the cost of travel and other management expenses.
Travelling Expenses Zone A Semi-Final and the Army Final
Claims for these two matches which are organised by the Army
B.A. in conjunction with the Command concerned may be sub-
mitted direct to the Hon. Treasurer, Army B.A., at the following
rates :—
Numbers admissible.
Limited to 17 persons per team (One
Officer, or W.O., eleven boxers, three reserves, one Second and
one Assistant Second), 3rd class concession rates by train, or
any' other transport which is more economical, in respect of
each person. An allowance for meals on the journeys where
haversack rations are not available as follows :—
A journey over five hours but under ten hours not to exceed
£2 i os.
od. for each team.
A journey over ten hours not to exceed £5 os. od. for each
team.
Officials.
All claims will be submitted in accordance with
separate instructions issued by the Army B.A. who will detail
the officials for the matches for which it is responsible.
