6. Expenditure
(a) All proposed new major items of expenditure shall require a
preliminary estimate of the cost approved by the General Com-
mittee. Routine replacements of present scales of clothing and
equipment will not require this approval nor will new items costing
less than
£50.
(b)
New major items costing up to £50 will be authorised by the
Executive Committee.

Date of Meeting
The Army Individual Championships are held annually approxi-
mately 14 days before the A.A.A. Championships.

Qualifying Performances
These are reviewed annually. Command Sport Boards will
receive full details well in advance of the Championships.
4. Entries—Qualification
Entry to the Championships is confined to :—
(a) Previous season's winners (Holders of Trophies).
(b)
Individuals who have achieved Qualifying Performances
during the current season.
5. Conditions
(a) The Meeting will be conducted in accordance with A.A.A.
and W.A.A.A. Laws.
