Entry Fees are as follows :—

(c) All entry fees will be paid to the Command Sport Board
concerned, through the Officers Commanding Units.
(d) Command Sport Boards will forward the consolidated sum
(in one cheque) to the Association by the date given in the Admin-
istrative Instructions.
3. Travelling Expenses
—
Individual competitors
(a) At the discretion of the Executive Committee.
(b)
All travelling expenses will be assessed on the basis of 2nd
Class concession rates by rail or by coach whichever is cheaper.
(c) No other expenses will be admissible.
(d) Duty Warrants will not be used.
4. Travelling Expenses —Teams
See Page 38 (A.S.C.B. Ruling).
5. Submission of Claims
(a) All claims for travelling expenses, other than those of Officials,
will be made through Officers Commanding to the Command Sport
Board concerned, giving relevant details of the numbers claimed
for and the journeys made.
Where a claim is authorised officials may claim direct on the
Association.
(b)
Command Sport Boards will submit their consolidated claims
to the Association for payment.
(c) Before submitting these claims to the Army A.A., Command
Sport Boards will check them, and make the required deductions
in the case of Individuals.
(d) In representative matches, if a claim is authorised, individuals
will submit their claim through their Commanding Officers direct
to the Association.
