(Feet slightly apart, knees bent, trunk forward, arms reaching
forward). Arms swing to right with trunk turn (i) (Weight
forward). Arms bend and trunk backward (weight back)

Trunk and arm stretching forward (weight forward) (3) Swing
arms forward to opposite side and repeat. (Rhythmic in beats of
three).

(Feet slightly apart, knees bent). Keeping body upright,
reach with both hands behind left heel, lift strongly to full stretch,
turn to opposite side and repeat.
3. (Astride, arms upward, hands clasped). Trunk full circling.
4. (Knees full bend, hands on knees). Knee springs. (Hopping).
5. (Feet slightly apart, knees bent, hands clasped over right
shoulder). Final drive from right to left. (Turn completely round
and check turn with right foot).
6. (Pairs).. One sitting with legs straight, the other pulling on to

clasped). Alternate pulling with assistance (see-saw action).
5. Pole -Vault
z. (Right foot forward, hands to right side). Swing take-off foot
forward and jump with opposite knee raised and arms swinging
forward' and upward. Later, with three paces, slow run.
