| Description | Two soldiers on horses are riding down the middle of a dirt road. They are wearing unusual uniforms and carrying spear or javelin-like implements. The road is lined with soldiers standing and watching the horses pass. Most of these soldiers are leaning on spades. The road is lined with mounds of rubble and debris - there is not a single structure standing in this picture. Half-way down the road a car is parked and there are upright tree trunks in the background. [Original reads: 'Photos for GHQ.' 'Cavalry with spears!'] |
