WITH THE PREP. PRONOUNS. 37
an emphatic force to the pronoun. They can
be used also with the pronouns compounded
with preposition^ as will be seen, and are
often used after nouns and sometimes after
verbs. They are as follows.
f&, f&n (or f e&n), -pe, ne : thus : —
mire, or me--p, I. pnn-ne, mn-ne, we, us.
cupc*, iuy&, thou, thee, pb-fe, ib-f e, you, you.
ré-fe^n, é-re&n, he, p^-o-f^n, nvo-r&n,
him. they, themselves.
fi-fe, i-re, she, her.
When used after a noun they are joined to it in the same
way as mo LeAbAj\-fA, my book.
The possessive pronouns are as follow : —
The emphatic particles can be used also with these, but
the object must be expressed. We could not say if fé mo-fA,
it is mine, &c. The object must be expressed ; as, if fé mo
LeAbArv-r^ é, it is my hook.
