As the relative form the impersonal fil, feil', or file is used ;
fil also serves as the general encUtic form, except (a) after an
infixed pronoun expressing a dative relation, e.g. ní-m thá,
I have not, but ní-m fil, I am not ; (b) after a relative governed
by a preposition, e.g. lassa tá, with which is ; so after i n-,
in which, i táa, in which is.
