Fill high the cup, and be the toast, —
The Highland Garb of 3^ore !
The Highland hills, the Higliland hearts,
The pibrochd — the claymore !
The Highland hills, (fcc.
For ages long that race has gone
To many an honour'd grave :
By Fame enrolled as chief among
The faithful and the brave ;
And they are still as bold and true
In their beloved domain.
Or where by adverse fortune led,
In lands beyond the main.
FOl high the cup, &c.
The Highland hearts are Uving yet.
As noble as before :
But where are now the Highland garb,
The pibrochd, the claymore,
The philabeg, the cotagarr,
And all the fair array,
That cheer'd the friend, and scar'd the fo(
tell me, where are they Ì
