Is fnafmhor, fnuadhar, righail, reachdar,
Do fmuaintean beachdar gun f hàilin j
'S tha feaim-eachdruidh gach fineadh,
Sgriobht' air aon phillean a' d' làthair.

Comhradh falach rinn thu f hògradh,
Briathrean baobh c-ha dual do d' rùn :
Aon f hacull coimheach, ach Gaelic,
Clia 'n eil a' d' dhanuibh gu 'n cùl.
