Celtic art, like Gaelic mj'tliology, points eastwards,
and to a very early origin. It may be new to many
to hear of " Celtic art," but nevertheless it is classed
in the Grammar of Ornament by Owen Jones, who
is an acknowledged authority in such matters. In
