The Board delegated its powers for carrying out the Act to
the following Committee: Messrs Andrew Mitchell, William
Allan, Alex. Mitchell, Dr Duncanson, and the Chairman of the
Local Authority.
TRUSTEES OF THE HARBOUR OF ALLOA.
(Appointed under the "Alloa Harbour Consolidation Act, 1872.")
Under the new Act, one of Lord Mar's Trustees, one of the
Burgh Commissioners' Trustees, and two of the shipowners' and
ratepayers' Trustees, retire from office in rotation. The order
of retiring is fixed by ballot, and the Trustees retire in the
following order, viz : —

Lord Balfour of Burleigh
Commissioners' Representatives :

Mr Andrew Allice
