castle — Goods which are intrusted to them for any other places than the above, are handed over
Carriers, or Masters of Steam-Packets or Sailing Vessels, to be forwarded ; and, notwithstanding the fuj
carriage of the goods to their ultimate destination being paid to Howey & Co., those persons to whom they
are so delivered over, are alone responsible for their safe conveyance after their being so handed over.
