The Life Funds, exceeding £550,000, are set apart by Deed of Settlement
and Act of Parliament for the exclusive Security of Life Policy Holders, who
possess in addition the Security of the General Assets of the Company, and
of the uncalled but fully subscribed Capital of £2,250,000.
The Expenses of Management, exclusive of commission, are limited by
Deed of Settlement to a small per centage on the Premium Income.
Fixed Minimum Surrender Values are guaranteed on ordinary whole
Life Policies after three years' duration.
Claims are paid one month after proof of death.
The Third Valuation was made on the 31st December, 1877, and showed
a very satisfactory surplus. Full information can be obtained from the Head
Office, or from any of the Company's Agents.
