The special features of this Society, managed by working
men for working people, are economical management, moderate
premiums, and surplus profits divided every five years in cash
among the members.
The Surplus Profits for Quinquennial Period ending
31st December 1903, amounted to £5,168, and this sum was
distributed to the members entitled to participate in July 1904.
Members can reside in any part of the world without paying
any extra premium, and the premium can be sent quarterly,
six monthly, or yearly, as may be agreed upon. Hundreds of
members in various places throughout the world keep up their
membership in this manner.
