Third Delivery, — The third delivery com-
mences at 4 a., and in -liules the letters by the Dum-
fries and London, Glasgow day and Irish Mails,
with Town letters to 3-15 a.
Fourth Delivery The fourth delivery
commences at 6 a. Town letters to 5-15 a.
Sunday Delivery — The delivery on Sun-
