Service, Robert Somerville, and David Perry. Town Clerk, and Assessor of Police and Dean
of Guild Courts, David Patrick, writer, Kirkintilloch, and 113 West Regent Street, Glasgow. Collector
of Burgh, Water, and Gas Rates, John M. Ramsay. Procurator-Fiscal and Sanitary Inspector, William
Gray. Medical Officer, Wm. Whitelaw, M.D., F.F.P.S.G. Burgh Surveyor, Wm. Marshall. Dean
of Guild, the Magistrates. The Provost is a justice of peace, commissioner of supply for the county of
Dumbarton, and a member of the governing body of the Kirkintilloch Educational Endowments. Mem-
