MUTUAL LIFE ASSURANCE.
SCOTTISH AMICABLE
LIFE ASSURANCE SOCIETY.
HEAD OFFICE, 141, BUCHANAN STREET, GLASGOW.
THE Constitution and Regulations of tliis Society insure to its Members the full benefits
which can be derived from such 'sums as they are A\'illing to devote to the important duty of
LIFE INSURANCE. The whole Profits are secured to the Policy-holders by the Mutual System
on which the Society is established : and their allocation to the Members is made on fair, simple,
and popular principles.
It is provided by the Rules, that the whole Directors, Ordinary and Extraordinary, shall be
Members of the Society, by holding Policies of Insurance for Life with it, of more than three
years' standing. This rule secures to the Public that those Noblemen and Gentlemen who appear
as Directors of the Society, have practically approved of its principles.
