The Assured have the Security of the Subscribed Capital of One Million
Sterling, besides Invested Funds exceeding Half a Million, and an Annual
Income of over £100,000.
Nine-Tenths of the Profits are divided among the Assured every Five
Years, New Entrants participating at each Division;
Special Notice.
The Books will close on 24th December, 1865, for the next Quin-
quennial Investigation and Division of Profits. Policies opened prior
to that date will participate in the Division then to take place.
ANNUITIES on Single or Joint Lives, and Endowments are granted
on favourable terms.
