Assessments for General Purposes. ..Under £7 of Rent, 15d. per £1. At and
above £7, 18d.per £1.
For Water... Dwelling Houses, 9d. per £1. All other premises, 4d. per £1.
Premises under £3 are exempted. 6d. per £1 additional is charged for water,
when introduced into houses.
The assessments are payable on the 1st day of November.
